Service Contracts:

17-90 Lighting installations have outstanding warranties, but to get the most from your lighting system regular maintenance is a must. We offer complete service agreements on a bi-annual or annual basis.

Fall Service (October/November)

1. Remove all lamps, clean socket contacts
2. Readjust fixtures for winter effects
3. Apply non-corrosive weatherproof sealer to all contacts
4. Winterize all exposed metal parts
5. Replace lamps as needed

Spring Service (March/April)

1. Remove all lamps, clean socket contacts
2. Readjust fixtures for spring plant growth
3. Apply non-corrosive weatherproof sealer to all contacts
4. Apply ultraviolet protective coating to all exposed metal parts
5. Replace lamps as needed
6. Reset time clocks, inspect photo cells
7. Recommend repairs and improvements to lighting system

All the above work will be completed in a workmanlike manner following standard industry practices and will be warranted against all weather-related damage to serviced items, excluding physical damage caused by snow-blowers, weed-eaters, etc.
